  1. A great idea! I for one, wanted this sort of a page on your blog where we could learn lots by discussing different things for good, especially some of the concepts behind your poems. I have already had one or two pending to be answered. Hope you’ll help us enlightened.

    A poet said;

    Yeh jo gard-bad-e-hayat hay koi is ki zad say bacha nahi’n,
    magar aaj tak teri yaad ko may rakhoo’n san’bhal san’bhal kar!

    and I’m in this city called Mardan so enveloped by gard as I’m calling it 3d .. dusty, dusty and dusty…
    waiting for a refreshing rain ..

    There was definitely a need for this chat room as sometime you still want to leave some comments not necessarily relevant to the theme or topic of our interest but to create new ideas and at the same time the humour and banter which we all need from time to time..

    Congratulations ! The efforts payed off in the end ! So we arent dead as yet, fortunately enough — the nation I mean. It is a very very positive thing. Even if the chief justice doesnt deliver, the poeple have proven it to all those who dont believe in the power of the the masses that they are the real power, and can get their demands accepted when they want to.
    This new look of your blog is really really great and I notice that you’ve a new gravatar too… Cool ! :)
    Now you can play squash without worrying about the Long March !

    Many thanks my friend. It has been a long struggle but we all need to be congratulated..We the people of Pakistan have lot to celebrate…………But this is not where it ends….Its just a beginning…….long road to go..But we will get there if we have sincerity and faith.

    Many thanks…..we are definitely not dead…and I used that line of yours in ” Section 144″ I wrote yesterday.

    I can definitely play squash but there is so much more to be done….Pakistan needs to be REBUILT again.

    I found those pictures on anotehr blog..no worries my friend…..

    nothing is cooking at my end at the moment but everything that can be cooked :)
    planning to come to Pakistan very soon and inshallah will meet up with you all in Islamabad…..
    busy with couple of new projects, and squash and writings….

    some old SSG friends are here from Pakistan as well..so spending some time with them in the old streets of Londonl….lots of walks and chats…

    Morning and lashings of apologies yaar..I havent been able to post anything on the blog; respond to your comments and visit your blogs…I had so many thing pending just going through that and also formalising an election process for PTI UK and all the other things.

    Spent all night with old friends – majors and captains here in London….the old comrades and the new friends….recovering from that and the conversations and the whole hal chal…..

    I will be online in couple of hours after sleep and inshallah we will proactively contributing to the world of letters, paintings, art and culture and reading what you all good people have been upto….

    Lashings of apologies for not being able to do any of those which I mentioned in comment #49. I am well but got tied down with too much work and friends who turned up from far and distant lands in London. So had to spend some time with them as well. I am itching to get back to the words, letters and thoughts..In all these days I have been making notes on iphone and whatever i can find but did not get the time to refine those concepts….But inshllah within a day or so, I should be in pretty much normalised state to contribute again and to read what you have all been writing.

    Aadil, Cav, BMK, MZ, Asma, and all have a very good day….
    I guess its early hours of morning in Pakistan and I better get some sleep as well.
